From cultural programming to strategic visioning to community engagement, RADish begins with research where the engagement takes place. We assess the social and cultural context and assets of a community. RADish collaborates to create a strategy, project, and plan. We evaluate, follow up, and sustain post-event engagement in order to expand impact.
